Karnali Transmission Company Private Limited (KTCPL) is developing transmission infrastructure in Nepal for evacuation of power from the 900 MW Upper Karnali Hydropower Project .

The project is structured under a Project Development Agreement with the Government of Nepal and a Joint Development Agreement with IFC Infra Ventures, part of the World Bank Group . The transmission system is designed to enable cross-border power flow as part of the broader Upper Karnali development.
