High-Density Corridor Development and Operations
GMR Ambala Chandigarh Expressways Private Limited (GACEPL) operates a 172-lane km BOT toll highway on NH-21 and NH-22 across Haryana and Punjab under a concession awarded by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
The project serves one of India’s high-density inter-state traffic corridors, connecting Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Delhi. The highway includes elevated carriageways and modern tolling infrastructure and is operated in line with concession requirements with a focus on safety, traffic efficiency, and asset performance.
Governance and Compliance
The project operates under a formal BOT toll concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India.
Operations and maintenance are carried out in accordance with concession obligations, toll regulations, and applicable national highway standards, with defined compliance and reporting requirements.
